Crawford Municipal Release System
Crawford County municipal holding is a custody arrangement rather than a separate jail system with its own verified web roster. The Sheriff says the county detention center regularly houses city detainees along with county, state, local, and some federal pretrial detainees. The facility map found no distinct public Cuba, Steelville, or Bourbon municipal release database.
For that reason, a municipal booking can appear in the same county released list as other departures from the Crawford County Detention Center. The list identifies the facility that was left, not every legal or custody consequence. A city ordinance matter, warrant, bond, time-served judgment, dismissal, or court order may shape the release. Another case or authority can still affect whether the person returns to the community.

A useful request asks for booking and release date and time, disposition or release type, authority ordering release, destination or receiving agency if recorded and open, public transfer log, recorded charges, and the booking photograph. Include the complete name, date of birth or other lawful identifier, approximate booking date, booking number, city, and case number when known.

The online form’s police-report and video-review prices do not establish a booking-photo charge. Missouri section 610.026 governs lawful copy, research, staff, medium, and programming costs.
Crawford Municipal Court Release Proof
A court record answers what the court did; the Sheriff record answers when the person left the jail. Open Missouri Case.net and search by case number whenever possible. If a name search is necessary, constrain it to the correct Crawford County venue and confirm identifiers. Read the entire docket chronology, including charges and judgments, filed orders, and later events, rather than relying on a broad status badge.
A bond order authorizes release after its conditions are satisfied but is not proof that processing ended. Dismissal can close one prosecution but does not resolve another case or hold. The county Jail Division’s bond rules apply to eligible detainees processed there, including those whose case began with city law enforcement. Eligible bond may be posted 24 hours a day, but every condition must be satisfied before release. Cash-only bond requires cash or a cashier’s check; personal checks are not accepted. Surety requires a professional bond agent. In-custody bond can be paid through AllPaid with the case number and amount, subject to service fees.
GPS must be installed and working when it is a condition of release. A $10 bond fee took effect January 1, 2025. Warrants may not be paid unless the defendant is in custody. Federal and immigration channels should not be opened without case context. Crawford’s jail also holds some federal pretrial detainees for USMS, but that does not make every person at the facility federal. If USMS is the receiving authority, use the federal docket, clerk, and USMS. BOP mainly covers sentenced federal custody. ICE ODLS is current-detention oriented, and its no-result is inconclusive.
